Depositions, Arbitrations, Hearings & Meetings

Depositions: Before a case is set for trial, attorneys conduct depositions to obtain information about a case. 

Arbitrations: When two parties are in controversy, an arbitrator is brought in to settle the dispute.

Hearings:  Whether a public hearing, private hearing or legislative session, this is an opportunity for people to be heard.

Meetings:  In-house meetings or round table discussions where minutes are taken down.
